The staff were super nice and made sure we enjoyed our meal! If you’re craving good seafood with a chill Tagaytay vibe, this place is definitely worth a try!
We ate here at Crab and Bites and the food was good. The view from the outside was also really nice, which added to the dining experience. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The toilets were incomplete and didn’t have water, which was inconvenient. Also, I noticed some staff eating at the counter. It would be better if they had a designated area for meals or snacks, as it doesn’t look appealing to customers when staff are eating in the same space. Overall, the food and scenery were enjoyable, but I hope they can improve these areas to make the experience even better.
Food - good, flavor is ok. A lot of items in the menu not available during the time we went there. Service - staff are friendly. Took a while for the order to come. View - not the best out there but still a good view of Taal Lake
